Spring Break here we go!

The weather here is the most ridiculous thing in the world...why isnt it warm and beach weather already!? Today it started at 70s, dropped to 60s and picked back up again.
Well I'm not gonna complain cuz I headed to the pool anyway - somethin about swimmers doin laps kinda makes it feel like the beach. One of my favorite things about the pool are these crazy sparrows that spend their days there. I always feel water droplets and look around and find these black, furry birds flicking their wings around me. I couldnt help but watch them today. They would perch unto the stairs into the pool (the metal kind you hoist yourself onto) and plunge their whole face into the pool water. I dont know what they're looking for! Then they fly out of the pool and rub the water out of their feathers onto the chaise lounges..its the funniest thing I've ever seen. I'm pretty sure there are no fish in the pool but maybe they just need to cool down? Its pretty adorable!

Long day ahead tomrow: heading to the exchange place adn the grocery story early, hebrew at 830, midterm at 10 and then leaving for Rome at 330! Wish me luck in some one else's holyland haha I'm packin matzvah and some haggadas in my bag and I'm ready to take on Pesach :) Chag sameach!
